At Sopodiva Training Centre Ltd, we aim to make the payment process transparent, secure, and accessible for all clients. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payment for all services, including language training, interpretation, translation, PCO services, and tourism packages.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)

  • Bank transfers (local and international)

  • Direct cash payments (at our offices)

  • Debit/credit card payments (where available)

  • Online payment platforms (when integrated with the website)

2. Currency

All payments are accepted in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) by default for the local market in Ghana. International clients may be quoted and charged in USD.

3. Payment Timeline

  • Language Programs: Payment is required in full before the start of the training unless a flexible installment plan is agreed in writing.

  • Interpretation/Translation Services: 50% deposit upon confirmation and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Conference & PCO Services: Customized payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement based on the size and scope of the event.

  • Tourism & Hospitality Packages: Full payment or deposit depending on the selected package, with balance due before arrival or activity start.

4. Invoices & Receipts

All clients will receive an official invoice before payment and a receipt upon payment. These documents may be used for reimbursement, reporting, or tax purposes.

5. Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

  • Delayed service delivery or access to training

  • Late payment charges where applicable

  • Suspension of ongoing services until payment is received

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which outlines the conditions under which full or partial refunds are granted.

7. Discounts & Promotions

Occasionally, Sopodiva offers promotional discounts or group rates. These are clearly communicated with specific eligibility terms and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

8. Confidentiality & Security

All payment information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and handled through secure channels to protect client data and financial details.
